Alpha BaseCamp B.V. mission is to mobilize international IT talents, mostly from developing countries with strong science and engineering background to developed countries. There is a prominent shortage of IT talents such as data scientists, online and software developers, in the Netherlands (and Europe). In addition, job-employee mismatch is shown to be costly for companies. There is a supply of high quality IT talents from developing countries like Iran and Turkey who are ready to create value given some training provided for them.

Alpha BaseCamp B.V., thanks to its strong local knowledge and ties with IT talent communities as well as ties with European companies (and banks) such as Rabobank, ABN Amro, KPMG, etc. can help the supply of talent either for short term projects (6 – 12 months) or full-time employment.
