Over Alkemio

The most complex challenges facing society cannot be solved inside a single organisation. They live in the spaces between organisations, where public bodies, businesses, civil society and citizens must work together.

The difficulty of making progress with many actors is seriously underestimated. Missing collaboration fundamentals (clear governance, roles, ways of working), reliance on the wrong tech (tech designed for single organisations or consumers), and operating in the dark (hard to learn and share patterns that work). Leading to scattered work, difficulty to coordinate and align, losing momentum, and silos instead of scaled impact.

Alkemio gives every initiative a home to organise and collaborate, with structure, tools, trusted AI and guidance built in. In one place.

Alkemio enables the people building ecosystems to have learnings and network effects that accumulate across connected initiatives.

Not another productivity suite for inside organisations, but designed for the pioneers driving public-sector innovation in the spaces between organisations.

Alkemio is open source and steward-owned; the mission is guided by a foundation rather than investors chasing an exit. It runs on European infrastructure and is designed for digital sovereignty.
