Italian from Apulia, living in Amsterdam since 2017. I am a passionate aspirant chef with a profound love for culinary arts, that is why I am highly motivated and dedicated.

Alessandra Kitchen Crafts is a project that started out from my passion for cooking and the desire to share Italian heritage abroad. I have begun to run pasta workshop and I could see the market had potential since the beginning, so I figured out that those workshops were a useful activity for team building events, and birthday parties.

I also attend events with local shops in Amsterdam that involved my cooking skills such as wine tasting. Soon I will start with my pop-up menus event.
