Albatros Flow Research is an independent research and consultancy company for coastal hydrodynamics and morphology. Albatros Flow Research focuses on coastal engineering, especially in the fields of: waves, wave-current interaction, laboratory wave generation, laboratory active wave absorption and fluid loading. The companies experience covers the use of complex laboratory models, the building and use of mathematical models and the design of digital laboratory control systems. Past projects cover research, software development and consultancy projects on the mathematical and experimental modelling of wave-current interaction, wave loading on offshore structures, the generation and active absorption of non-linear waves in the laboratory and numerical wave modelling
