Aisu is an Asian inspired ice-cream with respect for Asian culture and a set intention to have a positive impact on our environment. We donate 50% off all Aisu proceeds to charities committed to fighting climate change and plastic pollution.

That is why we avoid using plastic as much as we can in the entire production chain. Instead we use bamboo. Bamboo has quickly become a significant material in the sustainable materials market. It's an eco-friendly replacement for metal, plastic, hardwood, paper, and cotton.

The ink we use on the outside of our packaging is water based and the coating on the inside is made of PLA. That’s a type of polyester made from fermented plant starch from corn, cassava, maize, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp. So Aisu packaging is 100% biodegradable and compostable.
