Through trainings, workshops and coaching Aikido@Work helps people become conscious of the tensions that arise in work situations and provides options to abate those tensions. By using the body and not just the head, you can ensure a lasting change in yourself and in your actions. Making you feel truly more stable in all those situations, without the need to dominate anyone. Powerful and sensitive at the same time.
