AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for- profit organization run by students and recent graduates of higher education.

AIESEC Leiden connects talented students and recent graduates with promising businesses in the region Leiden/The Hague. We aim to develop students through these experience and support them in further developing their skill set. Also, with our service we aim to bring value to all the companies we work with through international talent.

Our Global Talent product grants you access to our pool of dynamic young talent, eager to start an internship abroad. Our service encompasses the whole process of hiring an international trainee. We take care of all formalities from home country to first day at work. This includes formalities support, personal coaching, housing support and social experiences. We provide access to a global talent pool, which enables you to find talent with the right skills, language or market knowledge.Including global talent in your workforce stimulates innovation and creates opportunities for expanding abroad.
