The AI Startup Lab was created with the intention of helping students, recent graduates and young entrepreneurs kick-off and scale their AI-based startup in as little as 10 weeks. For aspiring entrepreneurs, being a part of the Lab's programs means getting all the support, guidance and network that will ensure their project is a success. It is the hope of the founding team that this initiative will also serve as a funnel for discovering and nurturing talent at the intersection of tech and business. The Lab was born under ACE (Amsterdam Center of Entrepreneurship) at the heart of the Startup Village in Amsterdam, a vibrant tech & science-based community. Startup Village is quickly shaping up to be the ultimate AI hub in Amsterdam. All AI Lab teams can use the AI Lab office space, ACE’s extended network of 30+ mentors and tap into ICAI’s ranks of academic experts. To ensure success, our partners will fund € 5.000 of starting capital to each team! For this they bring in a challenge and act as if they were your launching customer, meaning teams start off their start-up journey with focus and intent. There's also space in the lab for students who might not have an idea just yet, but enjoy a challenge and want to try their hand at working through real tech challenges companies face. By enabling mutually beneficial relationships, the AI Startup Lab fosters growth, innovation and meaningful impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
