Afactis is a company that has its origins in the belief that organizations do not make optimal use of their improvement potential as a result of missing the integral overview. With a holistic and a fact-based continuous improvement approach, we ensure that organizations can tap into that potential

Our methodology is built on the principle of clear goals and fact based continuous improvement. A fact is a statement that can be verified. It can be proven to be true or false through objective evidence. An opinion is a statement that expresses a feeling, an attitude, a value judgment, or a belief. It is a statement that is neither true nor false. Or it may feel true for some, but false for others.

In order to follow-up the changes within the organisation, we have created The Fact Board. The Fact Board gives an overview on the status of the various changes which are executed according to the flywheel of The Fact Method. The Fact Board is to be used as a work-board showing the actions to be executed by multiple persons.
