At Admenty, we want to solve a big problem which happens more and more often in working environments: the overwork and its repercussions. Employees’ mental health is more important than ever, especially with the latest world situation. Everyone feels the pressure which leads to stressful work days and the need to overwork in order to meet deadlines. Our platform’s goal is to prevent the burnouts which result after a long period of overworking. We want companies to start tracking happiness, not only performance, to care about the employees’ well-being and to listen to their concerns. By using our platform, every manager can have a better overview of their team mental health and get signaled when it’s time to take action. Our mission at Admenty is to make happiness a metric.
