Over ACTualize Psychology

ACTualize Psychology is here to change the way we think about mental health and healthy living.

Not by adding more pressure or offering quick fixes, but by focusing on the deeper shifts that make real change possible. This isn’t about willpower or forcing yourself to be someone you’re not.

ACTualize is for people who feel stuck in unhelpful habits, overwhelmed by anxiety or health anxiety, worn out from stress or burnout, or simply out of touch with themselves. Whether it’s about building a healthier routine, reconnecting with meaning, or showing up more fully in life, this approach helps you find your way forward without perfection or pressure.

Sessions are based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or ACT, a modern, evidence based approach that supports psychological flexibility and values-based change. I am a NIP Psychologist® and a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS), and I work in a way that is collaborative, honest, and, tailored to the real world.

To make the work even more focused, I also use PsychFlex, a digital tool co-created by ACT founder Dr. Steven C. Hayes. It helps us map out what matters, track progress, and keep things personal and practical.

You can work with me online, or in person through walk and talk sessions in Amsterdam and surrounding areas. I offer support in both English and Hungarian.
