Over ACE Design & Marketing

I am Annoëlle van Hooff, founder of ACE Design & Marketing. I'm 22 years old and currently in my graduation year of Communication&Multimedia Design at the University of applied sciences of Utrecht.

I have had many jobs, especially part-time in the hospitality industry and shops. While studying, I found out that I'm really a big fan of graphic design, specifically aimed at videography, illustration and data visualization. Through my work for various clients, I've learned a lot about working with different programs, working methods and being a starting freelancer in the design & marketing world.

Over the past few years, I've tried to find out what "my style" is. Although, as I gained more experience, I found out that I am very flexible when it comes to connecting to the preferences and identity of the client/company in question.

My goal is to become an allround professional when it comes to Design & Marketing. Despite the fact that my education hasn't taught me much about the ins and outs of design or marketing, I've learned everything I know while making graphics designs for television programs and doing a marketing internship.

I want to work for as many different clients as I can because I fully believe that the best way of learning something new is by doing it and not reading about it. I've also noticed that working with people who can teach me something new has brought me further than any education ever could.

This is why I started my own company. I'm very happy with what I've accomplished so far, and I can't wait to make many more things happen!
