A Sentimento Italian Gastronomia & Pizzeria was founded in Amsterdam in 2025 by three Italian entrepreneurs with a simple mission: bringing authentic Italian food, hospitality, and culture to the Netherlands.

Our concept combines traditional Italian gastronomy with modern foodservice, offering handcrafted pizza, fresh pasta, artisanal bakery products, antipasti, catering, takeaway, delivery, and exclusive food & wine events. Every product is prepared with carefully selected ingredients, authentic recipes, and genuine passion.

Following the success of our first location, we expanded into a larger venue in Amsterdam Westerpark, creating a destination where guests can enjoy authentic Italian dining in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
