An overview of the training courses I provide: 1.Transforming Meeting Training in Dutch and English to increase the performance of your team or group. Better joint ideas, solutions, decisions and actions than ever before through Deep Listening. 2. Challenge Diep Luisteren & Nadenken (in Dutch, individual) to deepen your listening skills so others can think independently. You too will get space to think deeply. 3. Yoga Nidra & Thinking Pair Experience among others on 22 October '24 in the Global Listening Movement Group to first unwind, listen inwardly to then be able to listen deeply to others. 4. Listening Across Cultures (soon) to be able to listen between the lines and build bridges.

As a Time to Think coach, I listen deeply to you so you can think and feel more deeply than you ever have before. You will gain new profound insights on any topic, whether it is your leadership, personal development, your situation at home or at work, or any other subject.

As a Group Facilitator, I facilitate your meetings, offsites, teambuildings and workshops. I produce a very high quality of thinking and decision making in your group. Everyone can do excellent thinking independently and together. When team members truly listen, strategies are better formed, goals are better achieved, budgets are better set, products and services are better delivered. Things like innovation, engagement, inclusiveness, are given a real chance.

Mindfulness. By listening inwardly, by slowing down, you can better understand your assumptions, thoughts, feelings and actions. You become aware of how you think, what you do, who you truly are, what is important to you and who you want to become. By easing your mind and listening to yourself first, you can better listen to others and truly understand them.
