3D QC NDT: More than 25 years of experience in #Non-Destructive Testing #NDT #Class Surveying #Thickness Measurements and formerly known as WRS Marine Inspections and Services B.V. / WRS QC NDT Services B.V.

3D QC NDT carries out Non-Destructive examinations on marine, structural and fabricated components. We also have a wealth of experience in inspection project through life management. We are able to cope with any size of task from the inspection of bespoke welding repairs to complete project management of inspection tasks such as vessel and crane refurbishment. All of our well trained inspectors are qualified according to NEN-EN ISO standards.

We use several non-destructive testing methods, which are non-invasive techniques to determine the integrity of a material, component or structure.

- Visual Examination (VT) - Ultrasonic Examination (UT / US) - Magnetic Particle Examination (MT / MPI) - Dye-Penetrant Examination (PT / DPI) - Eddy Current Examination - Phased Array & ToFD - Quality control (QC) - 3D Wearscan

CLASS SURVEYS (ABS, Lloyds Register, DNV-GL)

3D QC NDT is certified by all major classification societies and carries out ultrasonic thickness measurement surveys (UTM) following class regulations. Since 1994 our certified inspectors have assisted with a variety of inspection services during docking periods all around the globe.

The activities of WRS Marine include (but are not limited to):

- Thickness measurements for class renewal or intermediate surveys - Ultrasonic measurements for owner’s interest - Pre-docking Inspection Surveys - Steel repair surveys and calculations - Visual inspections for coating and corrosion assessments - Rope Access (e.g. UTM and NDT scopes)
