Mediation:  When you want to purchase infrastructure from another company  If you want to purchase or maintain your fibre optic test equipment  price negotiation with suppliers regarding materials  price negotiation with contractors regarding the works

Support:  Guiding customers / contractors at your unmanned locations  Guiding of your network reroutes / reconstructions / migrations  Project management  Fibre optic testing 1550/1625 OTDR, PMD, CD , AP ,ILM, Connector inspections  Supervision and quality checks of civil and fibre optic works  Survey of a trench when you want to expand your infrastructure  Creating work packages for expansion / realisation of a new customer to infrastructure  Requesting permits at local authorities / national governments and railroad companies  Pro-active route inspection of your existing fibre / duct routes (Physically route walk, by car / quad /segway / bicycle / foot including rapport)  Writing procedures regarding RFP / tenders Transport goods to worklocations  Stand-by shifts: o per day, week, month o due to illness of own staff o holiday periods o temporarily in order to relieve your own staff
