2become is a coaching and training company focused on mental wellbeing for young professionals. Our mission is to reconnect people with themselves and with nature. Reconnect body and mind, to show how body signals can be helpful to reduce mental stress. We work with nature and its seasons as a mirror and source to relax body and mind.

To become yourself is for many people a process, a road to travel. Sometimes we get lost, or we get so stressed we lose ourselves. I will walk with you if you need someone to find your own unique way.
