29 Spices Chef Dipak has years of experience along with professional training in local Indian cuisine and is preparing to bring you the essence of modern India. Owner Shashank Kanoria grew up in Calcutta and after 10 years in Amsterdam has decided to bring the streets of India to the beloved canals. It’s more than a curry.
