Event info: + Dates : Saturday 21st of June 2025 noon (12 o’clock midday) CET to Sunday 22nd of June 2025 noon (12 o’clock midday) CET so 24 hours non-stop + Team : 6 man team, at least 2 female athletes + Location: In your own box, online in real-time + WOD : Every hour on the hour 3 new movements are presented + Objective : Team with the most completed # of reps after 24 hours wins + Threshold : 500 reps per team per hour to stay in the race + You Go I Go : One athlete works, 5 rest + Level: Anyone can compete, the movements will range in difficulty from novice to pro What is included: * THE PATCH! Every athlete who completes the 24AMRAP Challenge will receive a unique patch for this event. Top 3 teams win gold, silver and bronze patches! * DYNAMIC LEADERBOARD!
